Service

Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Please contact JBE Hi-tech for all warranty and product support requests.
Payments: Terms of Sale or Service
Payments required within 5 days of receiving the invoice and the overall due date is 30 days from the invoice date
Accounts overdue by 30 days incur an interest charge 20% for overdue accounts administration fee. If we incur any costs of collection, such as legal fees and collection agency fees etc., you agree to indemnify us for all such costs.

Condition:
I take no responsibility for any damage that may occur as a result of a preexisting condition during the diagnostic or the repair stage e.g. tear and wear, preexisting structural damage, overheating, previous repairs, incorrect use etc. Repair & Parts. Please allow 1-2 business days to be provided with the estimate. If part(s) are required to complete the repair it may take between 2-30 business days depending on the parts availability. In the case of required intricate labor please allow up to 3 weeks for repair completion.
Warranty
This product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months (unless specified otherwise by the JBE (our Supplier) from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Defects will be will be rectified by replacement of the product purchased except where, at our discretion, minor adjustments can be undertaken. The guarantee become invalid if in our opinion the product has been misused, abused, incorrectly installed, tampered with, connected to a power supply not corresponding with specifications, or subject to power surges. The guarantee does not include any labour or other associated expenses that may be involved in removal or installation of the product. To obtain a replacement under this guarantee, return the goods (prepaid) to the place of purchase or direct to the Australian/NZ Distributor. Proof of purchase must be supplied. This product does not contain any user serviceable parts. Spare parts and repair facilities are not available. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your rights under applicable law except where that law expressly provides otherwise.
Parts Warranty
I will replace any malfunctioning parts that were placed inside the electronics equipment unit. Only parts that have been replaced by me have a 90-day warranty. The warranty only applies if parts, which I replaced, are the cause of the malfunction.
Labor Warranty
The labor warranty applies only for service call charge(s) and part(s) replacement. I will reschedule an appointment based on mutual convenience to come and diagnose/retrieve the electronics equipment unit. I will replace any malfunctioning parts
Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- If the electronics equipment has been damaged or tampered with outside of our possession, in cases such as: water damage, physical damage, increased voltage in socket, humidity, etc.
- If the electronics equipment has been opened by non-qualified personnel.
- If there are foreign objects inside the electronics equipment including but not limited to insects or rodents and their traces.
Upon cancellation of any repairs, the service call charge will not be refunded.
